We are a small non-profit that treats climate change as a local problem with local fixes — because that is the part residents can change this year, not in 2050.

How we work

Every project starts with a ward-level survey: where the heat sits, which streets have no shade, who works outdoors through the afternoon. That map decides where the saplings and water points go.

We plant native species only, and we count survival at one, two and three years — a planting number without a survival number is a press release, not a result.

Everything we publish, from heat maps to expense summaries, goes up on the updates page so anyone can check our arithmetic.
